Candida?: If your period is late, pregnancy test negative and nipples are sore, you may need to recheck pregnancy test in a a week. Topical vit d to the sore nipples may relieve pain. Milky white discharge could be a yeast overgrowth but if no itching or other symptoms will not be harmful. Eat healthy food, get sleep, exercise, and de-stress.
