placed mask on mouth and inhaled something that was on mask.it scratched me and i coughed a bit .felt weird middle of chest all day and wheezing .the mask was in my purse and i did not check to see if it was free of debris or other.should i be w?

: If your symptoms continue, you should see a pulmonologist. You may need a bronchoscopy to determine if there is a foreign body in your airways. If the foreign body is large enough, it can obstruct an airway (or partially obstruct) and lead to pneumonia. So, you may need to see a pulmonologist urgently or go to the nearest ER if your symptoms worsen. Good luck to you!

Acid reflux: Bad breath with good oral hygiene is from acid reflux..Too much caffeine from coffee soda or tea can be a cause. Medication and otc tablets are recommended with a decrease in caffeine.

Tonsil cheese: What you're describing is very common and goes by variety of different names including tonsil stones, tonsilliths or what i prefer "tonsil cheese." antibiotics can sometimes help, gargling can sometimes help, but the only sure cure is to remove your tonsils.

Use what you have: If trapped after an earthquake, explosion, etc..., gather your physical and mental tools. If possible, use your cell phone as a flashlight to signal to rescuers. Make noise by tapping on a pipe or wall so rescuers can hear where you are . Whistling is also helpful, if you can.

Soaking: Could be dried blood. Soaking in warm epsom saltwater for ten minutes.  Use a soapy brush to gently clean the area.  If pain persists or redness and swelling is seen, see a podiatrist.

Corpus luteum  : The corpus luteum cyst forms after ovulation usually has old blood which may be mistaken for debris on ultrasound.

Vacuuming is not: recommended because it turns the mercury into small droplets that can be inhaled. Bottle, don't bag the mercury &amp; don't put it in the garbage.The amount of mercury in a light bulb is probably not enough to cause harm to adults, but call poison control, 1-800-222-1222, with the ages &amp; weights of all exposed for info on proper disposal, delayed symptoms &amp; risk for your children.

Food stuck: Gargling may help but if it is firmly trapped it will have to be picked out. It may be something you should review with your surgery doctor. Modifying your diet may avoid food particles until the areas close in. All the best.

Ultrasound finding: Can be insignificant if due to turbid urine from calcium, phosphatic or urate crystals. Can be due to blood as in hematuria, or urinary infection where debris is bacteria ; white ;/or red blood cells. Can be small fragments of kidney or bladder stone. Also occasionally sloudhed cells from lining of kidney, bladder or tumor.
