Can do a preg. test: Teens experiencing that "penis inside me" sensation have a good chance at getting pregnant and having a baby 9 months later. Therefore, that "penis inside me" situation should happen only after much thought and careful planning. Without planning, the "penis outside me" option is the safest way to go. Thus, no sperm inside me = no baby. If unsure of pregnancy, a home urine pregnancy test helps.

Calorie intake: There is some nutritional benefit to the types of fat in nuts including macadamia and cashews.  However, those fats are highly caloric and if you have a weight issue, you should adjust other caloric intake if you cannot resist these admittedly delicious nuts.

i have a severe allergy to nuts. however, i am supposed to stay in a lodge that is located on a macadamia nut farm. would this be a hazard?

Nut allergy: The answer is an emphatic "yes." the big problem with nut allergies are that individuals often have severe reactions even to the most minute quanties of exposure. This is a hazard i would avoid, if possible. Otherwise, make sure your doctor provides you with an epi-pen, which i suspect you would already have, if you have severe nut allergy.

Depends: Not from eating the nuts , but if  you are not eating enough of other foods and drinking  enough water you might get constipated and won't be healthy. Raw nuts are healthy but if roasted the fats in them becom unhealthy. Hope you are eating them raw!

Good fat...: Yes...It is a better type of fat...We need fat in our diet, but unfortunately much of what we get is saturated fat--meaning from animal products. Often from nuts/plants, we get monosurated fat, a good thing. This fat is not as dangerous--not causing much damage to your blood vessels etc...So, monosaturated fat is a better fat to get.

IC: Nuts in general are under the foods that could irritate your bladder. You have to remember that you may need to evaluate to see if you eat nuts and bladder symptoms worsen. If no untoward effects are observed you can conclude that they are good for you.

Every day-moderation: There is no need to limit nuts, as they are among the healthiest of foods, though raw unsalted nuts may be healthier than salted roasted nuts. Almonds & walnuts are especially healthy. Chocolate is actually good for you if it is dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids- probably up to 2 ounces a day. If sweeter chocolates then consume less. If a food gives you joy then enjoy it in moderation.
