i think i popped my shoulder whilst biking. i was just a tiny little bump. 3 months on i'm still feeling pain should it really take this long to heal?

3 months seems long: A shoulder injury from biking should be evaluated by a sports medicine doctor or an orthopedic doctor if the injury does not heal up quickly. Perhaps a ligament (holding 2 bones together) was damaged. Sometimes there is impingement, where a ligament or bone is pressing on another ligament or muscle. After initial treatment, physical therapy for a few weeks should help regain normal mobility.

i have a super itchy dark bump, that appeared on the back of my left shoulder. its not painful or bothering me but im just worried as its not going away?

How long present?  : A dark bump that is present for more than a week or so, especially in a sun-exposed area like the shoulder, should probably be examined by a Dr for possible malignancy (though most are probably not malignant) 
  If it has only been present a few days you could give it time &amp; apply hydrocortisone cream 2x/day for a week or so to see if anything changes, but get checked if no better- may need biopsy

Keratosis pilaris: The slightly rough small papules on shoulers or upper legs typically are hair follicles which are dry.  This time of the year sun exposure or drying from hot showers may flare this.  If you have had this before and they recur in the same area this is a likely cause.  You would need to be evaluated by your dermatologist to be sure.

Sebaceous cyst: Sebaceous cysts are very common problems.  The occur when skin glands get obstructed and sebum builds up.  They may get infected leading to redness pain and increasing size.  You should see your doctor to have the cyst removed.  Until then warm  compresses and oral analgesics like acetaminophen and ibuprofen can help decrease the pain.

Shoulder Sling: A shoulder sling would stabilize the arm and shoulder and is even used for arm fractures.

Go to PCP.: It could be a sebaceous cyst, but go to  your pcp for peace of mind and he can biopsy it.

: There are many possibilities as to what this could be-it could be a small cyst, a blister, etc. You would need to have it looked at by a doctor to find out what it is and then, once a diagnosis is made, treatment can be given. You can start with your primary care doctor and see if he/she can tell you what it is. If not, see a dermatologist. Good luck!

Depends: You could have a boil or it could be a cyst or ganglion off the joint.  In your age it probably is more a skin problem and less related to the shoulder but if you have concerns would advise medical evaluation.
