my gf has a tongue piercing that she's had for awhile, yesterday where the bottom ball meets the bottom of her mouth is irritated and has a small bump?

Localized Infection?: Because a piercing in the mouth could be equivalent to an open wound, there is a risk of infection.  This can happen at anytime even if it hasn't been an issue in the past.  Please have it checked out by her dentist or an oral surgeon to evaluate the severity.

i got a tongue piercing and im having problems.for day 3 and 4, i had a painful bump.at the end of day 4, it went away from drinking a lot of water.today, my mouth is dry and pus is coming from under.i do what my piercer recomended. what should i do?

: Time to see doc. An infection appears likely vs inflammation caused by presence of foreign body. Best to see your pediatrician who will have access to your previous history, allergies, etc.

i just started using biotene mouth spray to clean my tongue piercing & now i have bumps on the bottom of my tongue , can it be an allergic reaction ?

Could be: Biotene contains peppermint oil and  egg\ milk bi products so if you have an allergy to either,  don't use biotene.   Biotene is used to treat xerostomia and is not used to cleanse tissues in the mouth.  Try  listerine or hydrogen peroxide.  If the bumps persist,  see a dentist for an exam.

Of course: The tongue piercing typically takes between 6 -8 weeks to heal and your pain should decrease over that time period.

A cautionary note -- please be aware that often people with pierced tongue are much more prone to chipping their teeth.  So budget for future dentistry.

A lot: Tongue piercing comes w continued pain as well as swelling, tenderness, bleeding &amp; bruising for around 5 days. If the swelling makes it difficult to breath then you need emergent medical evaluation to ensure that your airway does not become compromised. If the tongue is seeping drainage that is other then white-colored or that is malodorous – then please seek medical care for a possible infection.

Anti-inflammatory : Ibiprophen meds are fairly efficient in controlling pain and most importantly inflammation which is the bigger risk of tongue piercing. Be sure to follow up with an oral surgeon if you have any complications.

Tongue piercings: Tongue piercings are not a good idea in general. Could be cheap metal that reacts with the acid in your mouth. Rethink this anyway. Tongue piercings can result it chipping teeth, gum recession or worse.

Eventually: As with any trauma, it is best to wait for some healing before you splash some alcohol or acid on a wound.  Sugars in alcoholic and soda beverages promote bacterial growth which can facilitate an infection.  It is best to just stick to plain old water for a few weeks and keep the area nice and clean before resuming your normal habits.

omg i swallowed my tongue piercing the bar & of on the balls .. i am so scared . dont know what to do ????

First calm down: likely you will just poop the piercing out. But if any part of the pierce is sharp you may need to get an xray to make sure you are passing it. If there is any pain go to ER immediately
