Allergic reaction: Itch can be a sign of skin irritation and not necessarily an allergic reaction.  I would suggest you take an over the counter antihistamine and if you are or have been recently on any medication contact your health care giver to see if you have an allergy to a medication.

Blepharitis MGD: White bumps on my upper eyelid  are often due to the meibomian glands being clogged (such as an early sty) often due to the normal bacteria of our body getting into the glands (blepharitis). Eyelid bump: You didn't say if this bump is new or old.   I'm guessing it is new.  It could be a foreign body.     I recommend you have an examination by a physician.

Stye: this is most likely a stye or infected oil gland in your eye. Usually resolves on its own but you may apply warm compress 3-4 times a day for 10-15 min at a time. See your eye doctor is there's no improvement.

Papillary change: This is likely to be papillary  conjunctivitis; an inflammatory - usually allergic - response of the inside of the upper lid.  It can be spontaneous but can also be a reaction to contact lens solutions.   You should see an ophthalmologist to get this evaluated and start treatment.

Stye or chalazion?: These are kind of like folliculitis for the eye-lashes usually caused by bacteria. Start with warm compresses. Don't squeeze it. You can pick up some otc solution or ointment to use. If it's getting worse or not getting better, go see your doc to make sure that that's what it is. Xanthelasmas are cholesterol deposits in the eyelids that are benign and also on the differential.

Stye: Occluded meibomian (oil) glands along the edges of the lid can get stopped up and cause a bump or swelling along the lid margin.  Other causes can be papilloma (wart), skin tumors, or even irregular skin growth.  See an ophthalmologist to see if it is prudent to remove it.
