Inclusion cyst: Epithelial cells in normal skin glands sometimes plug the opening called inclusion cysts. Harmless but if cosmetic concern can be removed by eye md at your convience.

Eye bump : It could be a stye which is an infection which may have resolved and should get better but if not get it examined

Eyelid cyst: Looks like you had stye to start with. It has healed as far as the infection is concerned. But the swelling has now converted to a cyst that usually is painless. You can leave it alone and over a period of time it should shrink away. However you can have it removed surgically for cosmetic reasons. Please check with your insurance, if you have one, as they often will not cover a cosmetic surgery.

Milia?: It could be a milia (a tiny cyst). See your dermatologist for assistance with removing it.

Growth on eye: This small white bump may represent a small cyst or blister.  In this case, there is nothing to do about it as long as it's not bothering you.  This also may represent a normal structure on your eye.  If it persists, have an ophthalmologist evaluate it.

Chalazion or Stye: Chalazions are larger inflamed/infected glands in the eyelid. Styes are smaller localized infections. Topical treatment with antibiotic drops or ointment along with warm compresses usually resolve the problem. Rare skin cancers can occur and the diagnosis should be made by an ophthalmologist.

A million things: There are a ton of things that manifest as growths on the eye lids.  Some are malignant.  Some are benign.  You should see a specialist and get your answer.

Get it looked at.: Without seeing the bump, it is difficult to say for sure but if it is kind of shiny and you can see the blood vessels in it you should see a dermatologist to make sure it isn't a basal cell carcinoma.

Maybe/not: A stye is usually a bacterial infection of a gland near the root of an eyelash at the edge of the eyelid. The tear glands within the eyelid can also become inflamed &amp; this triggers a chalazion, often more central within the eyelid. Both may  respond to heat/warm compress but you may need treatment. Your doc can sort it out if it doesn't self heal.
