Follow it: A mnor illness, cold shower, or "unknown factors" can raise your white count. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either side. If you feel okay and the cells are normally formed, don't fret about it.

Blood count a bit hi: You have mildly elevated White blood cell (WBC) count. This is commonly due to infection. There are some other rare causes but before you worry about anything else, get your blood checked again(2 weeks after the last WBC was done). If  your WBC count is still high/higher than before then you need to see your doctor for further testing to find the cause.

No: Hard to give an opinion without any clinical context, but this pattern is seen often, both in healthy individuals and in the context of illness work up. Neutrophil levels are constantly in flux. Ask your doctor if they feel it is necessary to recheck at a later date (depends on medical context). Either way, not cause of concern at this point.

Not from that test: Most people with HIV have normal blood counts; your recent test says nothing about whether you have HIV. You need an HIV test if possibly at risk or otherwise concerned.

Not everyone falls: within the normal range.Look up "standard deviation" for a more detailed understanding of how medicine comes up with "normal range".If you have no chronic inflammatory disease,like non healing wound or advanced chronic bronchitis,etc,U are ok and this is normal for you.Is your sed rate and S-CRP normal?

Reticulocytes: Hemolytic anemia would be one cause of high reticulocyte count. If WBC count high some type of myelogenous process could be possible.
