is it safe to have bladder instillations of hyaluronic acid with a bladder wall infection? also get white bits in urine after instillation-normal?

In general,: any instrumentation of the bladder (instruments being placed in the bladder including catheters) should be deferred if there is any sign of infection.I'm not sure exactly how it was determined you have a bladder "wall" infection, but attempts should be made to clear it before further procedures. I think seeing some particulates in the urine afterwards would be expected. Your urologist can advise:)

hi, i've recently been put on medication because my blood pressure was dangerously high. i've noticed white stringy  bits in my urine. is this related?

Urine: White stringy bits are unlikely to be related to the blood pressure treatment unless perhaps you are passing congealed protein. Discuss with your doctor.

is it okay if on frequently but not always my urine is slightly cloudy i can still see the bottom of the toilet just fine but it's a bit murky?

: Try driving more water. Are you taking any supplements? They may affect kidneys like for example noni juice can cause increased creatinine. Please get morning sample urinalysis done with your annual physical. At u Yu our age it is  best to be safe and sure. Does it help?

Nicotine: According to the studies, for occasional smokers, nicotine can stay in the body for 2-4 days.  So...It depends when you smoked and when your test will be.  By the way...The most addictive drug is...You guessed it...Nicotine.  Before you ruin your health (& wallet)...Don't pick up another one again! not worth it!

Possible: Also, quality of diet e.g. Diet rich in phosphate like dairy products may at times do that with fluctuations of urine ph. Prompt clearing is reassuring. However, persisten cloudy urine may suggest a problem like infection.

Dark yellow yes: Dark yellow urine is normal in the morning because it is concentrated because you are not drinking water while sleeping. If however, it is brownish like tea, that may mean there is blood in it. If you think it is a bit brown you should see a doctor for an urinalysis.

Try more water first: it is common to have darker urine in the am than in other times of the day bc the urine concentrates over night.  however, consider more water -- very dark yellow suggests you are not giving your body enough hydration.  if more water doesn't help, worth getting urine tested as well, rule out any other urine abnormalities.
