Very wide variety: Eggs are among the most nutrient-rich foods, containing all essential amino acids, all B vits., Vit A &amp; D, trace minerals including  selenium, iodine and molybdenum and Omega 3 fatty acids. 
They do NOT raise cholesterol and can be eaten liberally but I strongly advise choosing organic (ideally pastured) eggs.

Any healthy protein: There are many non-chicken protein sources.  Wild caught fish as well as vegetarian sources such as beans are great options.

Chicken but...: Any undercooked can cause illness if bacteria are present. The issue with chicken is how they are prepared in the processing factory.

: Usually sulfur taste and burps are caused by digestive action including by bacteria in your mouth. Drinking peppermint or green tea may combat or prevent this sulfur taste.

Pretty uncommon.: Good question. Hen's egg is a common food allergy. However, it is very uncommon to see it associated with chicken protein food allergy. There are ways to test for this, however, if you are very concerned. Apart from this, and also unrelated, are people who have allergies to chicken feathers. When testing, be sure to clarify chicken (food) or chicken (feathers) you have concerns with.

Pesco-vegetarian: A recent, large study showed that fish eaters who are otherwise vegan have the lowest mortality. Lots of eggs and chicken is not considered healthy. Depends: Chicken allergy is not related to egg allergy. A patient could be allergic to both. Check with your allergist.  Someone who has egg allergy does not necessarily have any other allergy (including chicken). Chicken allergy is not common. Check with your allergist.
