Depends: It depends on the type of problem and cause. If it is a hormonal problem, then hormonal replacement may help. If it is due to nonfunctional testicles, there is no medication or surgery to help. There have been some studies that looked at steroids, antibiotics, and Clomid (clomiphene) for males for testicular failure but the results are very poor.

2-3 times: You should probably donate at least 2-3 times to give them an adequate chance.  Sometimes they are split into multiple doses if the count is good enough.  I would recommend that you have legal documents drawn up by an attorney.  You could be sued for child support at a later time without legal protection and that still may not be enough. You also may want to have visitation rights.

Fertility: Generally if you have regular cycles and unprotected sex for 12 months without pregnancy you should see a doc regarding fertility. If you have never had cycles or your sexual development has not been "normal" you should see someone.  If cycles are irregular you may want to monitor yourself for ovulation to help increase possibility of pregnancy.

Plan A not Plan B: Plan A is to stop taking Plan B if you are serious about getting pregnant as it is counterproductive. A Fertility MD is also recommended for you to get started as it has been over one year attempting pregnancy.

No: There is absolutely no decrease or risk to fertility in a boy with a hydrocele, whether corrected or not. Put your mind at ease. There can be grandchildren in your future.

Try first, maybe...: Healthy couples typically won't need fertility tests before trying to conceive (80-90% will do so after one year of regular intercourse, 2x/week). After a year of "trying" with no success, then see a fertility specialist. If you have medical problems requiring chronic drugs or that potentially decrease fertility, or you are likely to have a "high risk" pregnancy, get an OB doctor now & get advice.

PSA: Psa is produced by the prostate, it can be elevated due benign increase in size of the prostate, prostate infection, and cancer of the prostate. Infertility is not usually caused by an elevated psa. Prostatitis could theoretically be a cause but usually on a temporary basis.

Heat: Heat in the area of the testicles lowers sperm count and can cause fertility problems. Fortunately, this is almost always reversible. Get your computer out of your lap and you should be fine. Hope this helps.

Hard to say: There isn't enough information to draw conclusions about ovulation or long term fertility problems as there was no testing done for ovulation during that Clomid (clomiphene) induced menstrual cycle nor is there an indication of the male factor counts and motility.
