Fertility: Generally if you have regular cycles and unprotected sex for 12 months without pregnancy you should see a doc regarding fertility. If you have never had cycles or your sexual development has not been "normal" you should see someone. If cycles are irregular you may want to monitor yourself for ovulation to help increase possibility of pregnancy.

Infertility: Usually infertility is defined by inability to achieve pregnancy for one year without contraception. It's really impossible to diagnosis this as a problem or to determine the causes without evaluation. However, if you are not having periods, it is likely that you are not ovulating, and this can certainly be a cause of infertility.
