You need examination: If constipation is a change in your normal pattern.  You need abdominal, stool and rectal exam, pelvic exam for female organs, and probably ultrasound and/or colonoscopy.  Good luck!

: Bright red blood noted after a hard bowel movement may signal hemorrhoids. Starting an OTC stool softener (I.e. Miralax) and seeing your PCP in person for confirmation of the diagnosis is recommended.

It is: likely your sudden change in diet especially if you are producing more gas (flatulence).  However this should remain a minor annoyance rather than a significant discomfort so if it is anything more than that see your doctor...coincidences do happen and I would not want you to ignore something significant.

First, you need to: make sure what you are experiencing are true allergies. Many people have food intolerances--nausea, pain, diarrhea--but often food allergy also involves hives, itchy skin, shortness of breath indicating an activation of your immunologic system. Having IBS leads me to favor the food intolerance diagnosis. Leaky gut, as you suggest, isn't a recognized diagnosis.Fiber is good, but more balance needed

you need to increase the dose slowly or take it in two doses at different times of the day.
Or change to another fiber supplement.

SBO or LBO: You should be evaluated by your primary doctor or surgeon as these symptoms are very non specific and may be related to a GI issue or even a stricture or other causes of GI tract narrowing or blockage.

OK: It depends on the fruit juice you drink. If you blend you own fruit juice that is good. If you purchase them from the store and it is very thin then you are only getting a minimal amount of fiber. It is always best to eat the real thing. You are young and may not have a problem now. If the rest of your diet has fiber like vegetables, salads, nuts, then you are fine.
