See your doctor if you suspect low testosterone for a simple blood test.

Exogenous trt will likely lead to infertility, and a permanent dependence due to negative feedback inhibition.

Many things: Testosterone replacment after menopause can help with libido, focus, concentration, increasing muscle mass and bone mass.  When you have too much it can increase acne, oily skin, result in unwanted hair, and changes in cholesterol.  It is an off label use and usually integrated physicians and age management physicians use often rather than traditional medicine.

Not really: Androderm is just a brand of testosterone so if you take/apply enough androderm, you shouldn't need add'l t. However, if you don't like clinical effect/benefit (or aren't receiving any), check your t level. You might need an add'l patch! if you have to apply too many patches, you might want to consider another form of t replacement. Good luck!

Depends: With all medical therapies, there is a window of opportunity to intervene.  This is when the body still recognizes what the missing hormone can do and responds well to it.  The longer one has not had it, the greater the risk.  Hrt will depend on your health, psa, prostate exam, level of testosterone and other medical conditions.  Speak with your physician to better understand the risk and benefits.
