Why!: If your levels are low, ok. If levels of free testosterone are normal. Not good! Work harder!

Why?: There are no testosterone "boosters" except good health and nutrition and exercise. Don't get your medical info from friends, tv or the internet. All those supplements are garbage worthless and potentially harmful.

Prohormones: If you are referring to preps available in bodybuilding shops called prohormones, i would recommend avoiding them. The do work, but like oral testosterones, are very hepatotoxic. Transdermal of injectable testosterones bipass the liver totally, and are much safer. After 3 months on therapy consider a 10 day course of injectable HCG to restart your own testosterone production.

Is a testosterone booster safe to take at my age of 32?

Probably not: Not sure what a testosterone booster is. Testosterone replacement is recommended when there is a confirmed testosterone deficiency by blood level. Other wise it is not safe or recommended.

Which type of supplement can I take with a testosterone booster?

None: There are no testosterone "boosters", no matter what the internet and tv and your friends may tell you. The only way to "boost" your testosterone is through a healthy lieve style, proper nutrition, exercise, and avoidance of toxins like alcohol and tobacco. Save your money, and your health.
