my left thumb shakes when i rest.if i raise it,the shake increases. what does it means? the other fingers doesn't move.

See neurologist : This could be an essential tremor. You are too young to have Parkinson disease however please get a complete neurological exam. Any family history of tremors. Is it there when the hand is resting. Does it disappear when you try to pick up an object such as a pencil?

See Doctor: Nervous system concerns are very important. Epilepsy comes to mind , tumor, hypoglycemia, anxiety and others. See a doctor for an exam, labs and possible referral to Neurology and Radiology for imaging tests. Don't wait do it today.

when my thumb is bent in a certain position it shakes uncontrollably.  the shaking is at its worse when i am typing on my phone with my thumbs.  there is no pain and no shaking at rest. my father has parkinsons. thoughts?

: This could be due to several different things but most likely is possibly that you have trigger finger. This would be more likely if you complained of a locking and catching sensation at times when bending as well. I would have your primary care examine your thumb and the rest of you to evaluate further.

Tremor: Could be some type of irritation to the pulley system of your thumb. Electrolyte problems such as potassium, sodium, magnesium or calcium problem could be a factor. Some type of primary irritation to the muscle.

toothache pain can't see dentist at moment but pain is mostly mild sometimes excruciating but when i rest my head on my arm on the side of the effected tooth my whole jaw shakes teeth chatter what could cause that?

: You are putting pressure on the area of the tooth that is in question, thus causing more trauma to the tooth. Since you can't see a dentist now, take Tylenol ES. and some Advil or Motrin. Ask your dentist for advice and best way to resolve this situation until you can make an appointment, don't wait too long, you could end up loosing the tooth or causing a more expensive treatment.

: There is a condition known as benign familial tremor that can appear as described. The label would only be appropriate if an evaluation excluded other potential causes. So yes, it could be genetic and benign, but it could also be something else.

Be seen now: Hi, 132 is high for a resting heart-rate and if it feels as though it is flip-flopping, you need to be seen immediately.
It could be an abnormal rhythm. Best to be safe when dealing with heart symptoms.
