every time my pro air hfa inhaler gets weaker , i get a little wheeze that you can only hear when i'm in a quiet room(end of exhale).why ?

Return inhaler: Pro air hfa should deliver the same quality and quantity of albuterol with each actuaction until the counter reads zero. If you believe the inhaler is defective, return it to the pharmacy for a replacement.  If you find that you are having symptoms that are not controlled, check with your doctor.

Rest, ice: Sounds like you have developed a  problem in the temporomandibular joint. Try resting it as much as possible, ice and some anti-inflammatory medicatons like motrin or aleve (naproxen). If this does not relieve the symptoms in a few days to a week see your doctor or dentist.

When it swells from allergies,a cold, or other reason, the process can stop and function erratically The cracking you hear is air movement..

i have been robbed monday morning. thugs hit me with a brick at the back of my left ear. now i'm experiencing some difficulties. some times my ear shut off and i can't hear nothing. i took it light and didn't go to doctor?

Whoosing ear noise: May be TMJ ( temporomandibular) joint issue, though once would expect it on the same side as the chewing. may be fluid in right ear from jarring of chewing ( especially since Spring may have fluid do to allergies) , or can rarely be vascular ( rare at your age). May consider zyrtec (cetirizine) and see if helps F/U  with ENT
