I hear a weird whooshing noise in my right ear, mostly when i'm chewing on my left side of my mouth.....not all the time though. thoughts?

Whoosing ear noise: May be TMJ ( temporomandibular) joint issue, though once would expect it on the same side as the chewing. may be fluid in right ear from jarring of chewing ( especially since Spring may have fluid do to allergies) , or can rarely be vascular ( rare at your age). May consider zyrtec (cetirizine) and see if helps F/U with ENT
