urine stains under toilet seat dark yellow. when i clean with clorox wipe they turn pink. normal or should i worry about blood. it's my boys bathroom.

Urine color: Urine is normally yellow. The color of urine varies with how much fluid you drink. Drink a lot of fluid and your urine will be very light, like the color of water. Don't drink very much and it gets darker yellow, maybe even brown. Certain diseases, most notably hepatitis with jaundice, makes the urine very dark (brownish). If you don't have any other symptoms, you don't need to worry.

Colored urine: I'd get that checked out by my primary care doctor.  There are too many possibilities to list them all here.  You need a physical exam and a urinalysis done first.

Could be urine: or semen stains- impossible to diagnoses online. Many young men have nocturnal ejaculation and this can be a cause.

Density gradient: Sounds like you might be dehydrated and or your urine specific gravity is very high. Would be reasonable to check your urine for glucose.

when i peed this morning i had orange dots floating around in it, almost looked liked the consistency of oil. the urine itself was not orange, just a pale yellow, but when i wiped it was orange. what does this indicate?

: What you described could be reflection of light off the bubbles that normal form on urination. If you do not have any other symptoms you may watch and wait. If you get fever, pain on urination, foul smelling urine, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
It may help to drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Urine color: Most of the time if peoples urine is very yellow it is because they are slightly dehyrdrated. If the quantity of urine hasn't decreased and there isn't any pain or feeling sick that is probably what is going on.  If it persists or there are other symptoms then the person should see a doctor to have their urine tested.

Urethritis: Sounds like urethritis specially if the discharge is pus like in appearance. Urethritis is commonly cause by std like chlamydia/gonorrhea.  Urinary symptoms may also indicate urinary tract infection. See your primary care physician.
