Nerve Pain: Burning-like pain is neuropathic in nature. There is a compressed nerve present, don't know the cause. A muscle spasm can compress nerves. Need to see your doctor for a definitive diagnosis.

Male or female?: Are you male or female? In females it can be a vaginitis like trichomonas or gardnerella. It could be an STD (gonorrhea or chlamydia in either. It could also be something called trigonitis or interstitial cystitis. Google those for more info. Any discharge? Leave answers in comments area. Thanks!

Other explanations: Find out if they checked for trichimonas, which is a common sex related infection, for which there is a effective treatment.  Did they do a urine culture and " trich" test before the "first uti"?

: Feeling something stuck in urethra without blockage of urine flow suggests urethritis, which is inflammation of urethra with or without infection. Urinalysis, &amp; swab, if necessary, with culture will provide answer. You are quite young to have ED, so problem may well due to anxiety. These would all be worth looking into as concerns obviously appear to be interfering with your life.

Prostatitis : Prostatitis or urethritis are a possibility.  You should have a medical evaluation to test for these possibilities.  Your symptoms are concerning, especially that your urine appears thick and that you are having discharge from your penis.  Please have a medical evaluation.  If you develop fever, pain, or vomiting then you must be seen as an emergency.

Need more info: Back pain is multifactorial. More historical information, examination & possible lab/radiographic studies are needed to really nail down the cause. Burning in the low back and pelvis would concern me regarding an inflammatory or neuropathic process. See your doctor; good luck.
