Go to the ER: Even a small amount of meth could be dangerous for a child. After that i would've expecting a call from child protective services since the child should not have been around meth in the first place.

If this all came on in a few days and you have a lot of pain "I suspect you have an STD, most likely gonorrhea, which people say can be like peeing ground glass and there's usually white or yellow pus. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
