Impossible to say: depends on age and risk factors, but chest pain associated with methamphetamine use can always be cardiac in origin, and your friend needs to get checked out by her PCP or an urgent care setting. You might benefit from a few Alanon meetings to learn how to handle your own emotions about your friend, and to not enable her drug use. She needs help and I hope that she gets it soon, before more harm.
