Arthritis: It's not clear. Symptoms of arthritis are pain on movement after periods of rest which improve with gentle motion and heat. Often hands that are painful in the morning and get better as things get "warmed up" suggest osteoarthritis.

Sounds like pinched: nerve, but any pain in left arm is concerning for angina.  You are quite young to develop heart disease, but you should see your doctor to make sure your heart is ok, especially if you have risk factors.

Let me explain: There one main reason for that, pinched nerve at the elbow from the inside or pinched nerve at the neck level.
Since you have pain in the elbow i think the problem at the elbow level.

See orthopedist: Tennis elbow pain is along the outside of the elbow which is worse with gripping such as a gallon of milk. Pain at the back of the elbow may be due to irritation of the ulnar nerve (funny bone), bursitis, bone spur etc. See an orthopedist.

Unlikely: Lipomas are usually painless, not all masses are lipomas, you might have a neurofibroma etc, need to have it removed.
