Yes: Brown discharge is just a little bit of old blood mixed with your discharge, nothing to be worried about. If bright red blood then i would go to l;d to be evaluated.  And you're right, sometimes a little bleeding is normal after sex.  Be sure to discuss with your doctor and if worsens go directly to l;d. Best wishes.

Blood: This means you have blood coming either from your vagina or bladder. Schedule a visit to be tested for a bladder infection. If you are sexually active then they can test for stds too. If you frequently have irregular menstrual bleeding you can address that problem too.

: Check the area around the urinary opening and do not wipe but dab or blot with a soft paper towel and apply some OTC cortisone ointment or cream. Drink water. If not better in a few weeks see your MD

: The best way to find out what it is would be to have a urinalysis done so that the urine is examined under the microscope and any abnormality would be identified. This could be specks of old blood or some other type of particle. Call your doctor and discuss this and get a urinalysis done. Good luck!

Dark urine: Dark urine may be the result of dehydration, liver disease, blood in the urine, certain foods that color the urine, or other diseases.  You should see your doctor to be evaluated.

Hormones off?: Sometimes a woman's hormones are off in a given cycle and she can have odd symptoms such as nausea or breast tenderness or spotting. If the next cycle goes back to normal then nothing to worry about. If things don't go back to normal or you get fever or pain get checked out.
