Several things: Chest pressure could be a heart symptom such as palpitations or coronary disease. It could also be a musculoskeletal issue or even a lung problem. Speak to your physician to ensure its nothing serious.

fingers and arms go partially numb when lay down to sleep, mild heavy chest when laying on side. tingly lips, headache, dizzy. echo, holter, stress test, chest ct w/ contrast, blood work normal. mri brain normal. bad circulation?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. i can feel my heart pounding in my back when i sit and lay down,it becomes more noticeable when i stand up fast or bend down to pick up something i have tingling in my face,left side of my chest,hands & feet is there a serious problem with my heart?

: All those could be subjective symptoms which can be felt in people with anxiety about their health. To rid off this obnoxious feeling you need to see a doctor who will thoroughly exam you and rule out any heart condition which you are afraid of.

: With cardiac or lung problems there would also be some chest discomfort or breathing symptoms with physical exertion. If symptoms occur only when lying quietly supine and not during activity I favor a tension type symptom involving focussing on the chest wall. If you feel this applies to you,  you could consider stress management coaching if the symptom persists.

my 2 herinated discs in my neck are causing pain on my left side, i feel pain in my chest and cannot move very well or lay down too painfull?

Cervical radiculopat: Pinched nerve from herniated disk in neck is known as cervical radiculopathy. Most cases will resolve in 4-6wks regardless of what you do. But it'll be longest 4-6wks of life. Physical therapy is only treatment that has Grade A evidence. Everything else is Grade C or worse. Traction is considered experimental but may be of use if supervised by PT. Warning signs include weakness &amp; loss of function.

i have a port in for my chemo. its on the right side. but when i lay down i start getting chest pain. is this cause of port?

Maybe?: Typically ports are as maintenance and problem free as can be but they can cause problems in some circumstances. Tell your doc to have it checked. The pain may have nothing to do with it.

Pleurisy : Pleurisy or radiculopathy need be ruled out.

1: Have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.
or
2: Call your primary doctor's office now and see how quickly you can be seen by your doctor.

when i lay down i have to do so very slowly so my back can adjust. i sleep on my side. when i wake up i have to stretch because it feels like the middle of my chest has folding inside each other. do i need to see a chiropractor?

May help but also...: A good chiropractor might help- i prefer those with gentle techniques like network & direct non-force. But you might also be helped by an osteopath who does osteopathic manipulation (see www.Academyofosteopathy.Org/) or a md who specializes in physical medicine. Your internist or family doctor could also refer you to a good physical therapist. But please see at least one of these for treatment!

Many problems: You describe many symptoms here.
You should see your family md for a workup and rule out any problems such as a connective tissue disease.  Also, due to this many symptoms at a young age, it makes me want you to be evaluated for your symptoms.
