My 2 herinated discs in my neck are causing pain on my left side, i feel pain in my chest and cannot move very well or lay down too painfull?

Cervical radiculopat: Pinched nerve from herniated disk in neck is known as cervical radiculopathy. Most cases will resolve in 4-6wks regardless of what you do. But it'll be longest 4-6wks of life. Physical therapy is only treatment that has Grade A evidence. Everything else is Grade C or worse. Traction is considered experimental but may be of use if supervised by PT. Warning signs include weakness & loss of function.
