See below: For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It is normal: To pass gas everyday. Perhaps the type of food you eat might make you produce more gas. More fiber usually makes more gas. Sometimes taking a probiotic can help change your intestinal flora and improve your amount of gas.

i had 4 degree tear while delivery 18 months back. now whenever i am having farting issue with farting  i am observing little liquid stool ?

Anal incontinence: In a 4th degree perineal laceration the circular sphincter muscle was completely torn and repaired at the time of delivery. A muscle with a scar typically looses some degree of its original function. In case of the sphincter muscle, minor loss of function manifests as difficulty holding gas or passing little liquid stool with passing gas. Maintain regular bowel movements and avoid constipation.

Many possibilities: Viral infection, change of formula, allergies, teething, etc? call your Pediatrician and report symptoms. Make sure baby does not become dehydrated. Take her temperature before calling Pediatrician.

Infant diarrhea: It sounds like your infant may have gastroenteritis, an intestinal infection.  Most cases are viral, but, if there is blood in the stool, this could indicate either a bacterial infection or a milk protein allergy.  Continued watery stools can quickly lead to dehydration in infants.  You should definitely have the baby seen by the pediatrician as soon as possible.

Why even ask ?: If you don't have bowel gas created that you need to release over a few hour period, why would it ever be a problem ? This gas is created by germ action on your undigested food. Some make more than others due to their diet or the germs present. I fail to see where this would ever be considered a problem. If you have a separate medical concern where it might be, please start over &amp; list it.

Consult Pediatrician: It is not unusual for the babies to have frequent stools from like only a little flatulance to full nappy.It is more common in breast fed babies.But with the history of EColi i suggest you consult baby's pediatrician asap.

Go to the doctor!: Dark, tarry stool is a sign of bleeding in your GI tract. You need to be seen right away to find out where the bleed is and why.
