Wrist pain: Depending on exactly where the pain is in your wrist, it could be osteoarthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, de quervain’s tenosynovitis, a tumor or a ganglion cyst. If it feels burning or tingling in your wrist palm, thumb, or fingers, it might be carpal tunnel syndrome. It could be cervical radiculopathy or peripheral neuropathy. It would be in your best interest to see a doctor to sort it out for u.

Pulled  muscle, tend: This  may be a pulled  muscle, tendon or the joint. You can use heat to the area. During the first  36  hours you would be able to use  ice but after that  use heat..  You can also get a wrist splint and use that. If it does not improve  you need to see your physician.

Hand therapy may be needed and splints, meds, injections, and then arthroscopic or open surgery to gain power grip
