Tight low back: It is most likely that you have tight muscles in your lower back and perhaps tight hamstring muscles as well.  Often, physical therapy can be helpful.

Several things: It could be that one of the joints "popped" (like when one cracks the finger knuckles). Tearing or rupturing a disk can also cause a pop and pain.

Get Physical Therapy: Sounds like you strained your back.  Go see you family doctor or specialist. You should get xrays of your back  You should start Physical Therapy or Home Exercise Program.  Over the counter anti inflammatory medication as well.  If persistent further work up will be needed

Sounds like a pulled: Muscle, most likely; or scar tissue breaking.
I don't think the fusion would have come apart.
You should take some pain meds, rest the back, apply ice or hot packs, and do gentle exercises to the back. If symptoms are getting worse, then definitely see your doc for further investigations. 
I would think its a pulled muscle, and would be better in a few weeks.

Exam by physician: Back pain has many etiologies. One of most common causes in your age is soft tissue or muscle strain. Spondylolysis is fracture in posterior part of lumbar vertebrae L4 or 5. When bilateral vertebra can slip forward.Disc disease can also occur in young individuals usually symptoms more on one side than  other, sometimes into lower extremity.Sometimes imaging with x-rays and bone scan necessary.

Disc disease: This could possibly (among other possibilities) represent a bulging disc.  Discs most commonly bulge postero-laterally (back and to the right or left).  Bending forward will tend to cause the vertebral bodies above and below to sort of "squish" the disc thereby aggravating the bulge.  This could increase the degree of stenosis (narrowing) in certain areas allowing for nerve impingement.

Subacute LBP: Combination of high heel shoes while lifting and carrying a heavy object is a setup for injuring the back. The combination of the two shift the center of gravity, place the spine into an unnatural position while loading pressure on the structures of the lower lumbar spine. More than one disc has slipped out of place in this fashion. If your back pain is not improving after a few weeks, see your dr.

When you bend: you stretch your sciatic nerve, the nerve that comes from nerves in your lower back and down your leg.  You might want to get checked by an orthopedist to make sure you don't have any impingement on your sciatic nerve.

Conservative rx : Initial team is conservative.  Gentle range of motion exercises. Anti-inflammatory like Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen). Soak in the bath with Epson salt and Warmwater 20 minutes/day x 3.  Request muscle relaxer, mild, from Primary care doctor. If symptoms persist, then you need to be in person
