Accepted Answer

You may: have a nerve impingement.  Have your doctor refer you to a neurologist for a nerve conduction study an d/or an electromyogram.  You may need to have an MRI of your neck first.

can tingling in the back when neck is bent forward be a symptom of ms? is it worthwhile visiting a physiotherapist even tho ms is suspected by gp?

May be helpful!: Tingling on movement of spine suggests mechanical compression or ay the least irritation.  A visit to a physiotherapist could be helful as they can apply techniques to relieve compression of nerves and reduce the chance of further problems.

when i tilt my head forward, so my chin is touching my neck, i get a pulling pain in my left elbow and in my fingers, plus a tingling feeling?

See below: Pain that runs down the arm with or without numbness and tingling sounds like a pinched nerve in the neck. This is usually caused by a protruding disc or bone spur touching one of your spinal nerves as it leaves your neck. This can often improve on it's own with rest and anti-inflammatories, but if your pain lasts greater than one week or gets worse see your physician

Perhaps: you are describing cervical disc disease with radiculopathy. In my practice I have seen very high uncontrolled blood pressures that was secondary to cervical disc herniation. A good history and EMG- Nerve conduction test with an MRI cervical spine will give clinch the diagnosis - this easy. What to do about it is often harder. Consult your PCP to see if you need to see Neuro/sx specialist.

my right middle finger is partially numb. my right arm is also tingling. it gets worse when i move my head/neck/shoulder forward or look up. ???

Need work up: You need to be evaluated in person by a physician for adequate treatment to begin. That could include a neck xray,  palpation for trigger pains in the neck muscles,  shoulder and arm muscles as well as checking for carpal tunnel syndrome.   The doctor may try trigger point injections,  a referral to physical therapy and possibly an MRI of the neck.

: If what you described are accurate you have 2 different symptoms, hematemesis (vomit blood) and hemoptysis (cough up blood). The first symptom is not uncommon which can happen when you are retching too much; however, it is not related to the second symptom unless you have aspirating pneumonia with heavy vomiting in supine position. If fever or dyspnea or chest pain occurs you need to see a doctor.

First question: Is it the tingling that awakens you or do you notice the tingling after awakening?  Lots possible here--start evaluation with your family doctor please.

Impossible to say...: But you sound concerned, and that alone justifies a good examination with appropriate testing.  Get checked for reassurance and/or treatment.

It is not worms: I do not know why you have tingling in stomach ( not on the skin of abdomen) but it does not indicate worms in stomach. Worms often show up in stool.
