Abn placentation: There are several types of abnormal placentation.  The most common is placenta previa, where the placenta sits over the cervix.  There is also placenta accreta where the placenta has grown through the inner layer of the uterus into the outer muscular (myometrial) layer.  Another type of placental abnormality is placental abruption, where the placenta separates from the uterus prematurely.

Placental abruption: If the placenta deprecated from the uterus you would experience severe abdominal cramping that sometimes results in bleeding that is hidden behind the placenta, and sometimes comes out... You would also have abdominal pain.

A major loss.: It sounds like you are really in pain. I noticed that you have even used the name "potsgirl". I can not advise you about how, when or if to try to become pregnant again. But i can feel the pain in your words. I would like to suggest working on grieving before making those kind of decisions. ultrasound tech report: twin as placenta is anterior with a portion that appears to wrap posterior along the lateral aspect of the uterus. there is also a small amount of blood clot overlying the cervix does this mean im going to lose my babies?

: With location of "twin A's placenta" showing a portion overlying the cervical canal, it is common for bleeding to occur (producing a clot "overlying the cervix").  Uterine contractions can separate a portion of the placenta, causing the "clot", but the placenta has suitable reserve.  See your OB and get a referral to a MFM OB MD.

Full bladder: prepare with a full bladder.it is easier to empty the bladder than to wait for the letter to fill up.

Unclear question: The placental position is only abnormal if it is low in the uterus near the internal cervical opening. I'm unsure what the unusual uterine size could mean without more information. I suggest you discuss the results with your doctor.
