Depends: This depends a lot on your child's development.  In order to safely go down a slide on her own, a child has to be walking well, and also has to understand that she is supposed to stay seated the whole time while on the slide, and has to understand how to land on her feet at the bottom.  If she can't do any of these three things, she's not ready to be on the slide by herself.

: That is not the scenario for concern. Brain eating amebae are found in fresh water ponds,lakes,rivers, hot springs and soil. In any event, teach your child to pinch his/her nose when sliding into water.

Structure: All kids are hyper. They all need to explore, and do things, play, run and get in trouble some how. Depending on the age of the child, keep him occupied, turn the tv off, engage him in different activities where he can run, jump and play.  Kids learn when they play.
If you have structure, kids know what comes next and they are less fidgety. Set limits and expectations, maybe not so hyper after.

However, most children with Down syndrome are actually born to women under age 35 because younger women have far more babies.

Consistency: There are lots of non-medical things you can do to help a child with adhd. Schedules are important with these kids. Getting plenty of rest really helps. Setting up expectations as well as consequences is essential. Despite some parents best efforts this is not enough. You may wish to consult your doctor about further treatment.

Also, most states offer comprehensive screening tests that inform patients whether they are at increased or decreased risk of carrying a down's syndrome baby.

Depends: Are you giving water? Water will cause vomiting.  The best thing to give is real name brand ginger ale, just above room temp.  Not too cold!  start with a teaspoon then 2 and slowly progress-  if your child won't take ginger ale use any white soda just be sure it is not diet. If dehydrated and not wetting, no tears, lethargic, seek medical assistance!

Go to the ER: Make sure you're giving it in little sips, and don't dilute it-- use it the way it comes, premixed from the bottle. But if your child has frequent vomiting and cannot hold down rehydration solution, it's time to head to the emergency room.

Not exactly: Roseola is most commonly caused by a virus called hhv-6 (human herpes virus-6, and you can only get this illness once. There are, however several look alike illnesses caused  by different virus groups including hhv-7, enteroviruses, adenoviruses, and parainfluenza viruses that can closely resemble roseola and would fool most anyone.
