Ovulation: It is not uncommon for a patient who does not ovulate regularly and may frequently skip several periods to spontaneously ovulate on her own without medication.  Some patients with ovulation dysfunction have periods every 5 to 6 weeks, and some have periods only once or twice a year or even less frequently.  The frequency of ovulation in a particular patient can also vary with weight gain or loss.

Ovulation: After a hysterectomy, if the ovaries were left in place, you will ovulate as usual, and the ovaries will form its follicles as usual. They will be released into the pelvic cavity and the body and peritoneal cavity will take care of that fluid by a process called reabsorption. You should not worry about that physiologic process.

BBT chart: A Basal Body Temperature chart (BBT) is used to detect the subtle effect of the rise in the female hormone progesterone in the second half of the menstrual cycle post ovulation. The temperature doesn't vary much over the baseline, but it will be sustained over the time it is present. You usually are unable to detect the rise just based upon how you feel. The temp should be taken in early a.m daily

It doesn't : I answered this a day ago, and don't usually repeat so you can get answers from other doctors. Since you're still asking and no ones answering, i say again: it doesn't. I wasn't guessing. Ponstel (mefenamic acid) (in the us) is a drug like advil or ibuprofen. It doesn't affect fertility. There are rhesus monkey studies where high doses of NSAID inhibit ovulation, but if you're not a monkey i wouldn't fret. :).

: An erect penis is secreting sperm continuously during sex, not just at climax. It only takes one getting through to get pregnant. There is no valid way to calculate risk in this exposure. Sexual activity on any day of a woman's cycle can result in pregnancy. If this episode did not get you pregnant, similar sex practices likely will at some point. If it matters get on the pill or use condoms
