I suggest consulting a licensed mental health professional (clinical psychologist or psychiatrist) to assess your level of anxiety/depression and make recommendations to manage it. Paxil (paroxetine) & aggression?: Ssri antidepressants generally calm aggression rather than increasing it.  A small percentage of patients (3-5%) may experience agitation on the medication.  There have been legal arguments about the "agitation" manifesting as aggression.   On the other hand, depression itself may cause irritability and angry outbursts.

I guess you don't think you can just say - 'stop!' if the company is large enough for a gym, there should be an hr director in personnel. Ask them for general practice guidelines. Move ahead as you feel comfortable. Whistleblowers are needed but often get hurt a bit in the process. Thank you for your courage.

Not really.: Is this a statement of fact.  Are you overweight?  If so, the idrective is good for you. Employers will be paying bigger premiums for health issues related to weight.

Just start: The first step in completing any hard task is to just start. Unless you have any pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns, start slowly & add volume and intensity in small increments. Mix in both cardio and resistance exercises. Shoot for at least 20 minutes/day and 3/week and build from there. Try different exercises to find what you enjoy. If there are health concerns, talk to your doc.

Try stretching, etc.: If your job requires sitting all day, it might help to stretch, and move your body in the opposite way that you move it when sitting down to work.  This would not only be likely to help the buttocks, but also your lower back, a true example of a place where chronic pain occurs.  Lying on your stomach, and/or some swimming may also help.

Schedule?: Assuming you're not depressed because you state you love your job, we would need to know specifics about your schedule.  Long hours?  Night shifts?  Swing shifts? Ability to sit and eat good healthy meals during the work day?  Days off?  These are all things that can affect your energy level, and quite frankly your health, during the work day.

i took the 1st shot for hep b vax last year at work. i left job and never got 2&3. any issues with this other than not being immune?

No harm: You may not be immune to hep b, but otherwise getting one shot is not harmful. You could check your immune status by getting a blood test to measure antibodies to hep b.
