why should i get a chronicity scan?

If carrying twins: Twins may or may not be at risk of the blood vessels from which they get nutrition and oxygen from the mother being shared.  This sort of scan is intended to help determine that.  If there is such sharing then there is risk of a "twin-twin transfusion" that can cause severe problems, usually for the baby that receives too much blood.

Rising crp: Such a rise in crp levels point to an inflammatory process, but I would feel that the myeloproliferative bone marrow disorder or the myelodysplasia would show very active myeloid activity with marked rising white blood cell count and progressive anemia to raise crp to those levels. I would be concerned about an underlying infectious process. However, your hematologist is best qualified to answer.

i want to the er last night with back pain they did a x-ray and sent me home b4 the x-rays came back. i got the results on my portal its say superior endplate compression deformities at t12 and l1, uncertain chronicity. what dose this mean?

Thats subjective: When i suffered from severe fibromyalgia the headaches i had were unbelievable and disabling.  Pain is very personal and everyone is different.  When i perfect the vulcan mind meld then i'll be able to tell you more.  Yes i got better and am pain free 95% of the time in my case without using fibro meds.

Acute vs chronic: Acute stress disorder (ASD) is a disorder seen in the first month following a trauma.  Symptoms overlap with post traumatic stress disorder (ptsd), which isn't diagnosed until a month after the trauma.  Over 80% of people with ASD also have ptsd 6 months later.  Those with multiple previous traumas, other mental health issues, & who dissociate when seeing trauma, are more often affected with both.
