There are even more but i think you get the idea. It requires a specialized team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses and support staff.  Often a heart lung machine is needed.

Rule out...: Every unexplained rash calls for a re-examination of all the meds he may be taken. Ditto for unexplained edema, "angio" or not. If this was me, I'd ask about a biopsy, as I'd not want to miss cutaneous lymphoma that might be manageable.

A follow up consult with your surgeon is indicated.
