Dont understand ?: I am not aware of any kind of "scale" used to describe drug amounts. Drugs are measured generally in nanograms per milliliter of urine or blood (ng/ml).  There are 1000 ng in one milligram, and 100 ml in one deciliter (dl) which is not a common way to express any drug concentration except alcohol, which is commonly given in milligrams per deciliter. Give more info on what drug you are using.

I don't know when: The actual blood test was. It is usually not detectable within 24 hours. If it is legally prescribed for you, why would you be concerned?

See below: Most urine drug tests do not assess for Buprenorphine however i would anticipate it would be gone by 14 days.

Why?: I don't see that you are on this drug but I guess for information only, it could be picked up in the urine up to 4 days after it was last used. This medication can be very addictive and should not be used unless specifically prescribed by a physician and only for the condition it is supposed to treat. Good luck.

Addiction: You will find that the doctors here are very concerned that all those with addiction problems find recovery. It is against our ethical concern to try to help  someone game the system or to cheat on a drug screening.  We want you not only clean, but healthy, happy, and to have a rich and purposeful life.  I would approach your drug test knowing that since you use daily the test will catch that.

No: Ambien/zolpidem, although sharing properties with benzodiazepines, is distinct enough not to give a positive as a benzodiazepine on a standard urine drug screen testing for benzodiazepines. That said, a special test can be done to look for zolpidem metabolites if desired. Further, it is recommended to only take medications prescribed to you making it expected for you and your doctor if tested for.

Not likely: Tramadol will not show up on a urine test it is not an opiate, but Tramadol use can lead to addiction, abuse, and misuse.

Wrong question.: It is illegal to use methamphetamine, and it is unethical for doctors to tell patients how to pass drug tests. If you can't afford to fail a drug test you can't afford to use methamphetamine. That notwithstanding there isn't a dirtier drug you could choose with greater risks associated with use. Just don't. And don't expect a any ethical doctor to help you do anything but quit. Please get help.

What medication??: assuming that "flm" means film, I will further assume you are talking about buprenorphine (suboxone/subutex) 2 mg per day.  This is a very long-acting drug, albeit in a low dose, but it could be present for significant amount of time. Blood is actually not the appropriate place to look for most drugs, with a few exceptions - Suboxone is not one of them. May be present for several weeks.

: If your hand was clean and did not have any drugs on it, would not affect the results of a drug test.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
