Likely nothing: Doses of up to 20 mg of zyrtec (cetirizine) per day for the treatment of urticaria, have been well studied.  Taking 3 pills, or 30 mg, will likely just cause increased somnolence.

: Oral Contraceptives contain hormones that regulate your menstrual cycle. Typically, when a woman misses 1-2 pills, their natural hormones take over and the protection wanes and needs to be reset. Do not take all three. Continue taking one per day. Use an alternative form of birth control in addition to your pill for 10 days or until you have your period to prevent pregnancy.

Blood more sensitive: The blood pregnancy test that drs order are more sensitive and pick up lower levels than do home tests.

Pregnancy?: Home pregnancy tests can be falsely negative, but when positive are usually accurate. At 24, one is usually fertile, but early miscarriage is common in "first pregnancies" especially.  To be certain, obtain a serum HCG test from your provider.  If positive, you need further testing immediately to determine where the pregnancy is located.

The : The most likely answer is that you are not ovulating correctly. Ovulation sets the luteal phase, meaning that if you ovulate and do not get pregnant then a period starts due to the drop in progesterone. If you do not ovulate the luteal phase is abnormal, there is no drop in progesterone, and no signal goes to the uterus telling it there is no pregnancy. Pcos (polycystic ovarial syndrome) is a common reason for this, but other hormonal irregularities may be at play. You need a series of blood test including fsh, lh, tsh, t4, prolactin, fasting glucose and Insulin levels, dheas, testosterone (free and total), and sbg (sex binding globulin), you also need an ultrasound to view the uterine linning and the ovaries. Depending on these tests and weather you want to get pregnant right now or not would dictate your treatment plan.

Not protected: Although the first of the three hpv vaccine injections is the most important, if you do not get the other two injections you will not have the full protection against hpv infection. That could increase the chance of you contracting hpv, and of passing it on to future sexual partners as well.

so no i don't take tylonal regularly  but accidently took 1650 mg over a three hour period. and as far as i know my liver is ok i do sometimes drink beer but on the day this happened i had not had a drink in 48 hours will i be ok?

Tylenol: You should be fine. Acetaminophen toxicity would involve a much higher dose. Be careful moving forward and stick to the recommended dosages to avoid any untoward issues.

Ill advised: You would not likely die, assuming you are a normal size adult.  However it is ill-advised to take prescription medications exceeding doses prescribed by your physician.

Narcotics: Narcotics will constipate you. You did not say how much you have taken. The laxatives will start to work soon enough.
