what could cause my burps to leave the taste of blood in my mouth?

Depends on food: burps are a release of gas from the stomach (or lower) through the esophagus and out the mouth.  Most of this gas is from the air swallowed while eating or incorporated into the food.  It could also be the gasses released from a carbonated drink (CO2).
Assuming you are not having GERD or a gastric ulcer the taste is most likely from the foods eaten.  May be an altered taste from the stomach acid.

GI DISORDER?: Some gastrointestinal disorders are reported to be associated with primary headaches include dyspepsia, gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD), constipation, functional abdominal pain, inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disorders (IBD), celiac disease, and helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) infection. Go to your health care provider so she can make a correct diagnosis.

is it normal for anxiety to raise diastolic bp? i have really bad ocd but my blood pressure fluctuates constantly ill be like trying to get out a burp or something and cause of my ocd i measure my bp all the time and when i did it spiked to 109/88?

: Unless your BP was less than 90 I would not use term spikedZ. BP changes with every heartbeat as need to your blood to where it needs to go to meet the demands of what you are going to do next.  And you do not know what you are going to do next. For example before standing and after standing BP may change a lot (20 mm)
 In going form sitting to standing. Keep a diary with your BP &amp; you will see.

Acid reflux: can cause some of the symptoms you have described, extreme fatigue not usually being one of them.

Spitting blood: Blood in your throat can either come from upstairs (nose and nasopharynx) or downstairs (esophagus/stomach/duodenum or bronchi/lungs). Not sure what endoscopy you had done. Assume it was an egd (esophagus/stomach/duodenum). Look for possible nasal issues (polyps, nosebleeds, tumors).

Essential HTN: His "gas burps " are most likely from gerd - gastroesophagela reflucx disease. But his high BP is essential hypertension.

have had fluffy ragged edged poop on and off for a few weeks now, light brown colored. have also bad a metallic smell to my poop for about a month. no visual signs of blood in stool. some stomach gurgling/belching. what could cause the smell?

Diet?: Most of the time, the smell and appearance of the stool is related to something being ingested. So, are you eating or drinking something different since the smell changed? If so, try eliminating that and see if the smell goes away. Your doctor can also test your stool for microscopic blood that you wouldn’t be able to see. It might: Burping suggests a degree of reflux that may be affected by the quality, quantity and actual time and dynamics of your eating habits. Tasting blood is not normal and that will have to be further investigated in case it persists.

Reflux: This likely reflects acid reflux (gerd)

try Gaviscon first --- if no afffect  could try Prilosec (which appears to be safe if breastfeeding )over the counter for 2 weeks and the see family md for long term therapy if symptoms recur.
