Spitting blood: Blood in your throat can either come from upstairs (nose and nasopharynx) or downstairs (esophagus/stomach/duodenum or bronchi/lungs). Not sure what endoscopy you had done. Assume it was an egd (esophagus/stomach/duodenum). Look for possible nasal issues (polyps, nosebleeds, tumors).
