Yes: Sometimes, iron or calcium suppliments will cause constipation. Using a stool softener like colace (docusate sodium) or surfak will help.

Stop it: The logical approach is to stop the gummy vitamin for a week or two to see if this is the cause for the constipation. Do note that most people (except pregnant women) , do not need a multivitamin. In fact, it may do more harm than good.

Constipation: Usually not. On the other hand, if your b complex tablet has iron in it, the iron can cause constipation. Lactobacillus is a probiotic used to replenish normal good bacteria in the colon and is usually beneficial in regularizing bowel habits.

: Might be helpful to add some Digestive Enzymes with meals and Probiotics also. Drinking warm water instead of cold or iced drinks can also help. Ultimately the  best option is to see the Gastroenterologist for Evaluation and management.

Malabsorption: If the vitamin deficiencies have been made by a reputable lab / practitioner (there are charlatans) and you have unformed malodorous stools, then you have malabsorption until proved otherwise. You need to be worked up for celiac disease, whipple's, and a few others.  Please get with a gastroenterologist.

Dark stool: Iron  makes the stool black, so if it in your vitamins that could be the cause . In fact  the reason blood makes  the stool black is because of the iron in blood. Discuss with your doctor /urgent care over next 2 weeks

? Irritable Bowel: It could be several thing including the fact that you are not drinking enough fluids. It also could be a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome in which case, stool consistency will change including being pellets like and black.

Blood in the lower bowel will be red. However bleeding from stomach, it will be black in color. If it is black, then we need to check for blood in the lab or office.

Blood in stool: I doubt there is a relationship between your low vitamin d level and fresh blood in the stool. Usually when there is bright red blood or if it is on the paper it is coming from a hemorrhoid. If it continues then see your dr.
