It depends: I would consult a pain management physician for this.  Definitely try a round of steroid injections or a tens unit first before having a spinal cord stimulator permanently implanted.

Pelvic Pain: Pain during menstruation is very common with endometriosis.  Laparoscopy might miss this if not done actually during your period, since the implants of endometrial tissue are often small and not clearly visible unless actually bleeding, which happens during your period, making them visible during laparoscopic surgery.

Reduced flexibility: And pain indicate the need to see your doctor.  He/she may refer your sister to an orthopedic doctor.  The doc MAY refer you to a physical therapist or give you another form of treatment.  Peace and good health.

See a doctor: If pain gets worse then go to ER. Without asking other questions or examination, I am unable to say for sure.  Nothing is 100% and one can still get pregnant with a tubal.  If you have had a tubal ligation then you are at increased risk of tubal(ectopic) pregnancy.  Because of the dizziness and flutters you are better off getting checked out sooner than later

Scar tissue: Scar tissue can occur post incision after any operation in the process of healing. Minimally invasive surgical techniques can mitigate that problem such as Laparoscopy for assessment of the chronic pelvic pain.

See answer: Most common causes of acute, severe and potentially self-limiting pelvic pain in a young female would be kidney/ureteral stone, ovarian cyst rupture, ovulation pain (mittelschmerz), constipation-related bowel spasm. Endometriosis, pid, appendicitis less likely possibilities of acute, excruciating pain and usually have other associated symptoms. If symptoms persist or recur, md evaluation required.

Pain management: Medicine is sometimes just not sophisticated enough to figure out what causes some pelvic pain.  If you have gotten to the end of the road, you should try a pain management doctor. While they won't cure the problem, they can help the pain.  First, make sure you have been evaluated for gyn causes, along with urologic, gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal causes.  Those are the most common causes.
