Depends: It depends on how much bone loss there is. If it is major the teeth may have to be removed. A periodontist could give you the best idea of what your options are. They specialize in treating gum problems.

See dentist: Your 2 years old with loose front teeth may come out any time, but there is chance of loose teeth may come out during sleep and may slip in to wind pipe or in food pipe .It is better to see the dentist at earliest to get the teeth examined and treated as advised

Not likely: The most usual cause is shifting that occurs over time.  Especially in lower front teeth.  It should not be a concern if  you can keep them clean.

See DDS asap!: We can't help you, at least not over the internet. You will need to see a dentist asap in order to diagnose and fix the problem. Tooth problems can cause pain in the jaw. It might be an infected tooth, possibly a wisdom tooth which would account for you not being able to open your jaw fully. Please don't delay treatment as things will only get worse. Take some otc pain medication in the meantime.

recently had all 4 wisdom teeth out on monday alongside a bone graft on the top two teeth. have seen some places you should restrict diet to soft foods for 3-4 months after a bone graft. is this true for wisdom teeth grafts as well? it seems drastic?

Yes: Calcium is very important to our bodies not only for bones but also for heart function, muscles and the nervous system.  Women need at least 1, 000 to 1, 500mg  mg a day.  If you are not getting this much in your diet then it is important to take supplements.  It is also important  to take vitamin d and magesium.

: We cannot tell without looking at your mouth.You might be touching with your tongue the smooth tissue that is growing back to fill the hole left by the tooth.You should try not to touch the area with the tongue. This smoothness is normal. Take the medications prescribed by the oral surgeon.
If you experience worsening in pain, fever or other changes you need to go to your oral surgeon.

dentists office told me not to use a water syringe. is it bad to let food sit there?

: FOOD CAN CAUSE DELAYED HEALING AND AN ODOR. USE A TWEAZER TO PICK OUT THE FOOD OR GO BACK TO THE DENTIST OFFICE  AND HAVE THEM REMOVE THE FOOD.
