Best:  none: Otc medicines for nausea do not work very well, and pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) contains Aspirin so is not recommended.  Try small amounts of clear liquids rather than food, and if the upset continues, see your doctor, especially if pain interferes with eating or normal play.

Do not use: Do not use Adult Extra Strength Tums in a preschooler. There is a children's version of Tums- dosage for this age is 1/2 chewable tab maximum 2 tabs in 24 hours.

Discuss first:     Avoid pepto unless your doctor thinks that is absolutely necessary. You said 'not fully diarrhea'. There's a thing called the  gastrocolic reflex, so when you eat if there's any stool in thecolon there's at least an urge to go. It's a normal thing, don't get excited about that. Also, whenever you have some clinically interesting going oneith your child, call your GP to discuss, won't hurt ?

Fluids: When kids have upset stomach, the best thing to do is keep them hydrated but don't push anything else that will cause further upset. So the old sips of water, popsicles, very dilute juice, flat 7-up, all work. Using anti-diarrheals or other stomach meds usually just end up making matters worse in the long term. If they are really nauseated, your doctor can prescribe anti-nausea meds - they work!

Whenever : Whenever a child has vomiting and/or diarrhea, his body is fighting an illness and is trying to get rid of a gastrointestinal toxin. Most likely this is a viral illness, but occasionally it can be bacterial, also. In either case, antidiarrheals can prolong the illness and antivomiting medications should not be given unless you are specifically told to do so by his doctor. The best course of action is to give his stomach a break for an hour or two and then restart hydration with clear fluids - an oral rehydration fluid such as pedialyte is ideal if the child also has diarrhea. Sometimes you have to feed the fluid to the child a tablespoon once a minute because a big gulp can trigger vomiting. If he does well with this after a couple hours, you can move on to bland foods. 
Reasons to call your child's doctor would be:

-vomiting for more than 24 hours 
-diarrhea for more than 7 days 
-severe abdominal pain
-bright green or bloody vomit 
-bloody or black diarrhea 
-new fever 
-dehydration (no urination in 8 hours, dry mouth, no tears, dry or doughy skin) 
-acting very sick.

Ginger ale: It's an age old remedy, but flat ginger ale works nicely. Ginger is in baby gas medicine, and works well for mild upset stomach. If it's gas, a good gas medicine like maalox can also help. If it's more of a stomach virus, a probiotic helps. Warm compresses or a warm bath also can be soothing.

I suppose: I see nothing in the ingredients that would be risky. It is fairly similar to an old time remedy once used , pouring a small amount of sugary soda over chipped ice &amp; having them sip on it slowly. You may have these ingredients in hand already.
