Best: none: Otc medicines for nausea do not work very well, and pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) contains Aspirin so is not recommended. Try small amounts of clear liquids rather than food, and if the upset continues, see your doctor, especially if pain interferes with eating or normal play.
