Symptoms?: If the tumor is small and not pressing on vital areas of the brain, depending on the tumor type, if benign or cancerous, it can be present for a very long time and undiagnosed. 

A very aggressive tumor however, or a tumor that affects an important part of the brain will likely be diagnosed fairly quickly.

Depends: This question cannot be answered unless it is known what type of cancer and what chemotherapy agents are being given. In addition to visits for chemotherapy, there are often visits for blood work as well.

: The most common cause of Headaches and dizziness in a young healthy person is dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities. A 14 year old male should be drinking 2-2.5 liters of fluids daily (water and electrolyte solutions). If you are an athlete, up to 3 liters. The most common sign of brain tumors is a change in vision, hearing or seizure.

There is nothing anyone including a brain cancer expert can tell you that will convince with 99.99% certainty that you do not have brain tumor. the end stages of brain cancer are difficult.  Most of the time it involves altered mental status (confusion and forgetfulness).  There are be seizures, headaches, paralysis, visual loss, and then a comatose state.  A lot of the symptoms depend on where the tumor is located in the brain. At the very end brain herniation may occur and breathing will be erratic, then stop.
