Not sure what: nutrian is.  Do you mean nutrition?  If so, then no, nutritional changes will not be effective as a primary treatment, although proper nutrition is always advisable to maximize your health potential.

Some response: If therapies are changed we look at the ca125 levels to guide the choice of chemotherapy. This would be compatible with a temporary response to type of therapy.

Unfortunately, low: Stage IV ovarian cancer unfortunately has a very low survival rate. The five year survival rate for this stage is around 11%.

Hard to say: If your ca-125 was very elevated to start with, and it's staying the same, that means the ovarian cancer cells aren't growing, which is good!  of course you'd feel better if your ca-125 was going down, but that can take some time.  If your ca-125 was in the normal range to start with, or only mildly elevated, it might not be an accurate marker for your cancer.  How you feel is very important!

my mom has stage 4 ovarian cancer and i have moderate cancer cells on my cervix. should i opt for hystorectomy? my tubes have been clamped 4 3.5 yrs

Not necessarily: I'm so sorry about your mom.  Ovarian cancer is different from cervical cancer.  You probably don't need a hysterectomy for your cervix, but please let your doctor know about your mom.  Your doctor can explain your abnormal cells and your risk for ovarian cancer.  Ask him or her about genetic testing for ovarian cancer.  You might choose a hysterectomy for peace of mind in the end--your choice!

when i was diagnosed with stage  3c ovarian cancer the oncocoligist said they should just call it stage  iv. is this true ?

No: Your oncologist needs a better outlook on things...Although the treatment is similar for most stage 3 and 4 ovarian cancers, the statistics are better for stage 3. In recent years I have seen much better disease response to treatment and some patients disease free for years.

No : The stage does not change technically after the initial diagnosis. You would be a stage 3c with metastic disease.

See your doctor: It is unusual to have had Cancer if you only had one ovary removed. Regardless, it's important that you follow up with your oncologist and GYN surgeon ASAP

been having right ovarian pain the last 2 months, on & off regardless of where i am in cycle. some days i don't have pain at all. the last 2 cycles, my always regular periods have been late 10 days. im so scared of ovarian cancer or can it be cysts?
