Asthma: Obviously your asthma is not well controlled. If you have not done so already, you should consult an allergist to control your allergies and asthma better. There are more options for severe asthmatic if the inhalers do not suffice to control the asthma.

Sit chew &no peanut: Make them chew small bites well while sitting. Swallow before the next bite. No walking playing around and eat. Peantus shoudl be avoided until at least age 6 since it is very bad if they get into the lungs.
