Probably not: most  of the very sensitive nicotine tests can detect nicotine residue for at least 2-3 weeks after  last smoke

i was 7 days late. i took a test and saw a extremely thin positive result. later that day my period came but my period has been dark red black? why?

It's: possible this was a "blighted ovum" "miscarriage"  Take another Pregnancy test in one week. If still positive (even "slightly" speak with your GYN provider. If negative and your bleeding remains abnormal also contact your GYN. Hope this helps! Dr Z

i had my period on the 15th of october it lasted 7 days and then for about a day and a half i had brown almost black discharge come out when i wiped and now i'm bleeding almost like a period but the blood is lighter in color i took a test it was neg?

Tests are accurate: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), 1 week after missing a period, or 1 week after getting a "weird" period . If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If worries, can call one's Ob-Gyn or PCP doctor.

U/s in early preg: I will not guess whether you are preggo or not. I can say as a fellowship trained body radiologist of 30 years,  that a small amount of intrauterine fluid and decidual reaction is not proof of viable pregnancy. Tired: You may still be recovering from the procedure.
You don't say what your blood pressure is.  I would make sure you are drinking enough water.
I would definitely follow up with cardiology as you might need medication adjustment.
Follow up with your primary care physician to assess other possibilities such as your thyroid.
7 weeks is not a long time you may just need time and maybe Cardiac Rehab.

Pigmented lesion: This could be due to several things-- a vascular lesion, or a melanocytic (nevus-like) lesion. Given the small size and smooth surface, it is unlikely to be a problem, though if it is a melanocytic lesion, it bears watching, and possible removal if any enlargement of other change occurs. Vulvar melanoma is uncommon, but may develop from long-ignored precursor lesions.

Hard to say: It could be debris from the cup or it could represent possible particulate matter from the urinary tract.  Sometimes there can be small enough sediment from early kidney stones but if there was no pain or discomfort, passage of kidney stones that were fully formed is much less likely.
