what can i do about ingrown hair scars?

Laser/Light therapy: Unsightly ingrown hair scars are usually related to the darkened color
of tissues at the site and some treatments like plucking may induce further injury and inflammation and increase the color, hence has to be stopped. Laser or light therapy along with pigmet stain decreasing creams like vivite vibrance may help. Also use sunblocks regularly.

ive had an ingrown hair cyst for about 5 days now, should i pop it so the pus can come out? it really hurts.

Pop it: When the pus comes out, it will feel better and heal. Where is it? How large?

Maybe: Hard yo day without seeing the area, but this sounds like an ingrown hair. Let the area grow out for a little while between shaving to reduced the development of these. An : An ingrown hair is possible and nothing to worry about really, however the fact that you have a bump on your testicle regardless of the cause needs to be evaluated. The reason this is so important is because testicular cancer commonly occurs in young men your age and it is absolutely necessary to make sure this bump is nothing dangerous.

Best to get checked.: It may be just an irritation but one can't be sure if it may be a malignant lesion such as melanoma. Best to get it checked.

in grown hairs, pimples and razor burn, what to do?

For razor burn:: Insure you use fresh, sharp blades vice dull blades. If hair is &gt; several mm long – then trim before shaving. Wash area before shaving – warm water helps to soften hair. Use a lubricant when shaving. Avoid using products that contain alcohol or are scented.  Shave in direction of the hair – not against it. Be gentle when shaving – don’t push down too hard. Moisturize skin after shaving.

Abscess: May be reactive tissue which will eventually disappear or granuloma which can persist. If the infection was not totally cleared, this may be an abscess, which will eventually become evident without drainage.
